Fitness First

In support of Adik (not Yan, but Irwan), both of us are Fitness First members. Thanks Adik for the family package. So both of us have been religiously going to the gym for the past weeks with the exception of last week when wifey was down with fever. We are not obsessed with fitness. It’s just that recently; hubby has been diagnosed with a degenerative spine condition. So he needs to work his back. Buying the massage gadgets is actually for his back. Hubby is not fat. His fitness assessment is very good. As for the wifey, heheh…much to be desired. Nevertheless, fret not, we’re going swimming this Sunday!
