Green Monster

 Packed for morning breakfast.

Fluffy, light but a bit dense on one side.
Tengah ngantuk, so nak cepat, batter tak even.

But loved the colour, taste and texture. ;)

My 1st Pandan Chiffon Cake. Will do more.

With a daily working day of 12 hours and Sat 6 hours,

I'm trying very hard to keep going.
The hubby is already falling sick. Lungs pulak.
